LuftCrete Philippines is a company that operates as a subsidiary of a well- established firm that specializes in the production and distribution of ready-mixed concrete in Cebu. The name "LuftCrete" is a combination of the German word "Luft," which means "air," and "Crete," which is the shortened word for concrete. This reflects the unique properties of the pricing, which is a lightweight, highly insulating building material that provides exceptional strength and durability. The sister company, widely known as Asia Concrete Solutions, is a leading player in the industry with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services to its customers.
The company recognized the need for a lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly building material to meet the growing demand for sustainable construction solutions. As a result, LuftCrete was founded with LuftPanel and LuftBlocks.
LuftPanel and LuftBlocks are types of precast foam concrete that offer superior insulation, fire resistance, and acoustic performance compared to traditional building materials. These are made from a mixture of cement, fly ash, water, and an expanding agent. With the sister company's extensive experience in the ready-mixed concrete industry, LuftCrete has been able to leverage its expertise in production, logistics, and quality control to ensure consistent and reliable pricing supply to its customers.
